Do you offer discounts on large orders? We offer discounts--deducted automatically at checkout--on bulk purchases of many
of our items. (Discounts start at 6+ cases on some items, rising as high as 20% on orders of 50+ cases.) We
do not offer discounts based on the overall size of your order.

2.
How are you able to keep your prices so low? We stock a relatively
small range of carefully-selected, quality items in extremely
large quantities. And we buy directly from manufacturers whenever
possible. This allows us to get the best possible prices, and to
pass savings along to our customers.

3.
Okay, so your prices are low. But why is shipping on votive candles
and holders so expensive? A single order of 72 votive candles
and holders weighs more than 20 pounds--which limits our flexibility,
despite our efforts to ship as inexpensively as possible. Keep in
mind that the final price for an order of 72 white votive candles and clear glass votive holders comes to about $.74 per votive/holder
unit after shipping costs (which include insurance) on a single
order. That price drops to a little less than $.60 per votive/holder unit on an order
of 6 cases.

Candles and Holders:
1.What
are the measurements of your votive candle holders? Our popular cylinder votive
candle holders measure approximately 2.5
inches tall and 1.75 inches in diameter. Other styles have larger openings. (They are all designed to fit the votive candles sold on our site.)

2.What
are the measurements of your votive candles? Our votive candles
measure approximately 1.5 inches tall and 1.375 inches in diameter.

3.Can
I use tea lights in your votive candle holders? Because metal
conducts heat, to avoid breakage we recommend removing tea lights
from metal cups before placing them in our votive holders.

4.Your
votive candles are supposed to burn for 10 hours. When I tested
one, it didn't last nearly that long. What's going on? Votive
candles are designed to be burned in tight-fitting holders like
the ones sold on our site. This allows the wax to be drawn up constantly
toward the wick for the longest possible burn time. Votive candles
will not burn as long if they are placed in loose-fitting holders.
(Burning votive candles without holders is not recommended.)

5. What's the best way to clean your candle holders? First, freeze the holder to loosen the wax. After removing the wax, dishwash or hand wash using a soft cloth and non-abrasive soap. Note: Scrubbing colored holders may remove their glaze.

Tulle:
1.
Is your tulle top quality? Is it coarse or soft? Our tulle
is fine, soft, veil-quality bridal tulle. (Some of our best customers
are veil manufacturers and fashion designers.) We also sell nylon
net, a coarser fabric with larger holes, but that is a separate
item.

2.
What is nylon net? Nylon net is similar to tulle, but it
is stiffer, slightly coarser and has larger holes. It is known for
being used in tutus and petticoats, but it's also great for floral
arrangements and decorations.

3.
What is diamond white? Diamond white is a slightly muted
white--less bright than standard white. It is often used to get
a "softer" look than standard white.

4.
What is shiny white? Shiny white tulle is knitted with an
iridescent (shiny) yarn. It glimmers and sparkles when it is hit
by light.

5.
How are tulle bolts and rolls packaged? 52/54" bolts
are double-folded. 70/72" and 108" bolts are four-folded.
Tulle rolls are wound tightly around cardboard cores.
